Good morning all, Here are tonight's sessions: Sub 22 which will be led by Paul J, are doing 10k with 1 minute fast 1 minute slow. 22-25 which will be led by Caroline and Liz, are doing a Pyramid session 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1 minuets with recovery. 25-27 which will be led by Cat, are doing 8x2mins (1min 10k pace, 1min 5k pace), 2 min jog recoveries. 27-30 which will be led by Angela, are doing 10 x 20s hill sprints at hill near bowling club Ropner. 1:30 recovery. (equates to walk down hill). 30-33 which will be led by Zoe, are doing 60 min run at 11 min miles pace. 33+ which will be led by Suzanne, are doing a social run. Happy running ?‍♀️?‍♂️

Good morning here are tonight’s sessions:  (Sub 22) which will be lead by Paul are doing a pyramid session.  (22-25) which will be lead by Caroline are doing a hill session. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing 4 x 1 mile repeats at 10km goal pace with recoveries, 1 mile easy.  (27-30) which will be lead by Lucy are doing 10 x 30s repeats hard. (30-33) which will be lead by Suzanne are doing a hill session in the park. (33+) which will be lead by Zoe are doing long hills near birkdale road.  Thanks all - remember it’s the Sedgefield Handicap 10km on Thursday evening. I will post details tomorrow about this ?

NYSD Track + Field Report:   As it was the final athletics meeting of the season I tried to recruit my dear old friend Dave Fender for the event. It turned out to be a big mistake.   Dave currently resides in the 'Home for Bewildered ParkRunners With Unusual Injuries' on Yarm Lane - receiving the expert care he so desperately needs. When I visited and mentioned the athletics he started shaking his fist at me and ranting, "You youngsters with your Suzi Quatro LP's and your blockchain connected devices." Fortunately matron was on hand to calm him down by playing his favourite 'Glenn Miller and his Orchestra' medley.   So Dave wasn't at the Middlesbrough track on Tuesday - but club legend Sam Johnston was. Good morning here are tonight’s sessions: (Sub 22) which will be lead by Liz are doing an interval session. 4,3,2,1 minute repeats x 3. (22-25) which will be lead by Caroline are doing an Indian file relay session. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing 1 mile easy, 2 x 12 minute tempo with recovery, and another mile easy. (27-30) which will be lead by David are doing 400m repeats with 400m recoveries. (30-33) which will be lead by Zoe are doing 8 x 30 seconds hard with 90 seconds recovery. Don’t forget it’s the athletics tomorrow night at Darlington. The address is :  21 Bourne Avenue , Darlington DL1 1LJ Usual rules apply, it’s 6pm start and if you could wear official vests please that would be great. Also remember that The sessions will start from ROPNER PARK tomorrow and NOT the club house due to the colleges summer ball.  They will start from 6.30pm, and it’s a free night so no money required.   it’s also advised you bring a drink with you along to sessions when the weather is like this, particularly if you know you struggle running in the heat.
