Usual rules apply, it’s 6pm start and if you could wear official vests please that would be great.
Also remember that The sessions will start from ROPNER PARK tomorrow and NOT the club house due to the colleges summer ball.
They will start from 6.30pm, and it’s a free night so no money required.
it’s also advised you bring a drink with you along to sessions when the weather is like this, particularly if you know you struggle running in the heat. As always though, runners do take part at their own risk.
