IMPORTANT - BRASS MONKEY 2026 Afternoon, On Friday we were informed by the organisers of the Brass Monkey half marathon that our club will be receiving an extra place in next year’s race to hand out to a member of our choice. So, to decide which member gets to represent us, it’s only fair that we are going to do a random draw this Tuesday night at the club. If you are interested in having your name in the draw, please comment below or message privately. The deadline for getting your name in the draw is MONDAY 13th OCTOBER 6pm. Quiz Night! Thank you to everyone who came along to our annual quiz night yesterday evening. Fantastic turnout, we hope you all enjoyed it! Congratulations to the winning team - Dinah , Jamie , Keith , Pam and Tom. (Mental how Tom manages to end up on the winning team every year but I heard he came in handy when it came to golf and Taylor Swift!) 🤣 Huge thank you as always to Andy and Jennie for their time and efforts in creating and hosting quiz. Reminder - London Marathon 2026 Club Ballot - Deadline Approaching! Please see copy and pasted post below, deadline is this Saturday 4th October! 🏃‍♂️   Whilst we are still awaiting the confirmation of our London marathon running club place, if you meet the criteria below please send your rejection email to stocktonstriders@gmail.com by Saturday 4th October 2025.   Cut off date for minimum sessions attended is 30th September. This criteria will be checked with our attendance records.
