October 2025 Session Plan
Attached below is the full October Training Plan๐๐ป As usual, each group is assigned a letter from A to E. Coaches will select a session from their groupโs assigned category. The categories are as follows, with more detail shown in the colourful chart below: A โ Long Repeats B โ Short Repeats C โ Interval Training D โ Hills/Steps E โ Other (e.g. Medley, Fartlek, Tempo) Thursdays will primarily feature three pace groups (Sub-24, 24โ30, and 30+) each doing their own timed interval session. Likely session options for Thursdays are shown in the bright blue box on the plan.
