October 2025 Session Plan

Attached below is the full October Training PlanπŸ‘‡πŸ»

As usual, each group is assigned a letter from A to E. Coaches will select a session from their group’s assigned category. The categories are as follows, with more detail shown in the colourful chart below:

A – Long Repeats
B – Short Repeats
C – Interval Training
D – Hills/Steps
E – Other (e.g. Medley, Fartlek, Tempo)

Thursdays will primarily feature three pace groups (Sub-24, 24–30, and 30+) each doing their own timed interval session. Likely session options for Thursdays are shown in the bright blue box on the plan.

Thursday 16th will be a special all-inclusive group session at Tees Barrage – a great chance for everyone to train together.

β˜•οΈ Tuesday 16th is our Social Run and Tea Night – expect an easy run followed by brew and some biscuits πŸͺ

πŸŽƒ Tuesday 30th will be our annual Halloween Naked Run, also at Tees Barrage. Costumes optional, fun and prizes guaranteed. More details to come closer to the date. πŸ‘»
