Tonight’s Preston Park Medley Session

❗️Preston Park Medley Session❗️ We currently have over 40 runners booked onto tonight’s session. For this reason once everyone has arrived we will split the group into 4 groups of 10-12 runners. Each group will rotate between 4 different exercises in the park with their coach. The exercises are: 1️⃣ 1 minute on, 1 minute off 2️⃣ Paired 200m relays 3️⃣ Hill sprint pyramid (30 secs/45/60/45/30) 4️⃣ Continous hill repeats You will be at each station for roughly 8 minutes. This is also a reminder that we are meeting at Preston Park in the overflow car park at 18:30. See below for exact meeting point. ❗️Light nights, Return of the Track, and All Inclusive on tour ☀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🚍❗️ Here’s everything you need to know looking into April! 🗓️ With the clocks changing this weekend, the lighter nights mean we have access to the track from Tuesday 2nd April. Every Tuesday evening, at least two groups from the seven will be assigned the track to train on. The other groups will train as they are now nearby to the club. The groups on the track will remain separate and will all be doing their own session decided by their coach. ❗️Tomorrow night is our first Naked Run of the year! This will be held at Tees Barrage meaning there are no sessions on from the club tomorrow❗️ For those of you that haven’t done a Naked Run before, this is where you run a particular course without a phone or watch to track your pace and record your time. You will submit a predicted time prior to the run and once everyone has finished, the runner who finishes closest to their predicted time will be awarded a prize.
