❗️Preston Park Medley Session❗️
We currently have over 40 runners booked onto tonight’s session. For this reason once everyone has arrived we will split the group into 4 groups of 10-12 runners. Each group will rotate between 4 different exercises in the park with their coach.
The exercises are:
1️⃣ 1 minute on, 1 minute off
2️⃣ Paired 200m relays
3️⃣ Hill sprint pyramid (30 secs/45/60/45/30)
4️⃣ Continous hill repeats
You will be at each station for roughly 8 minutes.
This is also a reminder that we are meeting at Preston Park in the overflow car park at 18:30. See below for exact meeting point.
As there are a large number of us tonight can I please remind everyone to respect the other park users.
