Hi everyone, Here is the session plan for July. 🗓️ As usual, each group has been assigned a letter from A to E every Tuesday. Coaches who are available will pick a session from the options that are in that category. The categories are as follows and can be seen in greater detail on the colourful image below: A - Long Repeats B - Short Repeats C - Interval Training D - Hills/Steps E - Other (such as Medley, Fartlek and Tempo) As you can see on the plan, we have a Social Run and tea/biscuit night on Tuesday 15th July . ☕️🍪 Due to lower numbers on a Thursday during the summer months, we have opted to put on All Inclusive sessions rather than the usual five groups. ‼️Change to sessions- 26/6/25‼️ Hi everyone Due to low numbers, we will be changing the format of tonight’s training to an all inclusive session at Ropner Park. Please meet at the Bandstand near the cafe for 6:25 so we can start at 6:30. The session will last approximately 1 hour, with a mixture of meet and retreat, hills and some timed intervals to finish. You can park around the park for free on Malborough Road. For those already booked on and still wanting to attend, there is no need to change your booking.
