I have attached the full Training Plan for February below. ⬇️ As usual, each group has been assigned a letter from A to E. Coaches who are available will pick a session from the options that are in that category. The categories are as follows and can be seen in greater detail on the colourful image below: A - Long Repeats B - Short Repeats C - Interval Training D - Hills/Steps E - Other (such as Medley, Fartlek and Tempo) As you can see on the plan, we have two Social Run nights planned for this month. ❗️09/01/25 CLUB SESSIONS CANCELLED❗️ Hi everyone, following a discussion with the committee we have made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s official club sessions. 😟 There are still patches of ice on the footpaths around the club and we believe it’ll be unsafe to run in large groups when it’s dark and icy. It is also unfair to ask our coaches to lead sessions in coniditions which may not be safe. Members and coaches safety is as always our priority so I hope you can all understand the reasoning behind the decision. Tuesday next week is a tropical 10°C so we will see you all then!! 🔥🏝️😎

❗️07/01/25 CLUB SESSIONS CANCELLED❗️ Hi everyone, following a discussion with the committee we have made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s official club sessions. 😟 A couple of us have been out this morning and there are still patches of ice on the footpaths around the club. We appreciate there are dry sections but overall there is still too much frost and ice meaning it isn’t safe for speed sessions to place. It is also unfair to ask our coaches to lead sessions in coniditions which may not be safe.
