September Session Plan
I have attached the full Training Plan for September below. ๐๏ธ ๐๐ป As usual, each group has been assigned a letter from A to E, or assigned the letter T for track. Coaches who are available will pick a session from the options that are in that category. The categories are as follows and can be seen in greater detail on the colourful image below: A - Long Repeats B - Short Repeats C - Interval Training D - Hills/Steps E - Other (such as Medley, Fartlek and Tempo) T - Track Session As you can see on the plan, we have a 5 Mile Time Trial taking place at Tees Barrage on Tuesday 16th September. โฑ๏ธ We also have a Social Run and tea/biscuit night on Tuesday 23rd September.…
