As usual, each group has been assigned a letter from A to E, or assigned the letter T for track. Coaches who are available will pick a session from the options that are in that category.
The categories are as follows and can be seen in greater detail on the colourful image below:
A – Long Repeats
B – Short Repeats
C – Interval Training
D – Hills/Steps
E – Other (such as Medley, Fartlek and Tempo)
T – Track Session
As you can see on the plan, we have a 5 Mile Time Trial taking place at Tees Barrage on Tuesday 16th September. ⏱️
We also have a Social Run and tea/biscuit night on Tuesday 23rd September. ☕️🍪
Thursday sessions will predominantly be all inclusive and include a GNR Specific Track Session, as well as sessions from Ropner Park and Preston Park.
Details about each session will be posted closer to the time.
