Morning all, For anyone interested - a few of us are heading off to Redcar Parkrun this Saturday (3rd June) for a little change of scenery! Would be nice to see a few striders there! After the parkrun we will be heading to sophellies cafe afterwards! ☕️? Thanks ?

Hi all NYMAC Relay teams confirmed as attached. As these have now been sent to race organisers we are unable to change runner order etc! If you can't run can you text me on 07951833567 no later than 5pm on the day please! If people can all be on the steps near the museum at 6:40pm please so that we can have a group photo (so no trips to the toilet or warm ups until its taken!!!!!) NYMAC Relays 250517

Due to numerous events/races taking place on May 27th + 28th, the league race 'Tees Barrage parkrun' has been moved from May 27th to Saturday June 17th, so more members have the opportunity to take part if they wish to do so. Thanks!

Just a quick reminder that the NYSD Track and Field is on tomorrow night at Darlington. Why not give it a go and surprise yourself! We use the policy of give it a go as they are all fun events and we have been given great feedback from everyone who has come along and gave it a go. Please aim to arrive at 6pm if possible.
