Anyone able to spare an hour this Saturday at 1pm - I’m meeting Sid Rudd from NYSD at Preston Park to check out XC course, Marshall points etc for the event we’re hosting on 19 November. Acklam XC results
Evening all, Please find attached the provisional results from yesterdays cross country at Acklam. Michael, we have contacted Sid to let him know that they have attached you to the incorrect club so will probably receive an updated results tomorrow 2017-18 ACKLAM Results The next event is at Whitby on 12th November. Some people have asked about the possibility of a bus. If there is enough interest we will look into the cost. Please let us know either by commenting on this post or via Facebook if you are interested in attending and/or travelling by bus.
Warning – bit of a rant post!
Hey all as you will see I've had a busy old afternoon doing various Striders admin tasks which are posted on social media and in additional detail on our website in the member log in area (this is the primary area for our information sharing rather than social media). In doing so, this takes up considerable time and effort and whilst we appreciate we all have busy lives we would urge everyone to take time to visit the website (You will be required to register if you haven't already for a member login area). NEACC XC Saturday 09 December 2017
The 2017 NEACC XC championships will take place in Redcar on Saturday 09 December 2017. As in the previous 2 years Stockton Striders AC are wishing to be represented at this event. To participate you must be an England Athletics Affiliated Athlete to Stockton Striders AC as your first claim club. At the event you will also be required to wear an official club vest (the green one with the blue swirls - available to buy at the club for £25). Attached prospectus for the event. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Stockton Striders AGM will be held on Tuesday 21 November 2017 at 8pm at Stockton Town FC. The agenda will be made available 21 days prior to the meeting. Anyone wishing to include agenda items must do so by e-mail to stocktonstriders@gmail.com no later than Tuesday 24 October 2017. As well as setting the annual fees for 2018, the drawing of the London Marathon club place and discussions on the Club league for 2018 etc, it is also when the committee officers and members are elected for the forthcoming year.
