Marshals wanted Tees Barrage 10K – Monday 07 May 2018
Hi all, Ive been asked to post this - Muddy Roads the race organisers of the Tees Barrage 10K on (Bank Holiday Monday) 07 May are looking for marshals. If interested can you please contact them via their facebook page or e-mail events@muddyroads.co.uk. You'll get paid £20 plus a free entry into one of the Muddy Roads Summer Series 5K trails.

If you have not renewed (or not informed us of any reason for a delay in renewing) by Tuesday 13 February you will be removed from both the Facebook closed members group & the members only log in section of the website and member discounts/benefits will no longer apply. Mental Health Awareness Week After tonight’s social ‘run and talk’ sessions (1st) there will be free tea and coffee. Any spare goodies in your biscuit tins you know where to bring them. All door takings from tonight will be donated to MIND. Thanks, hope to see you all later.
2018 membership renewals
Important message from Viv regarding MEMBERSHIP ... Just to inform those of you wishing to join or renew, membership will continue to be available most club nights from around 6pm. Message from Lisa Pattison ?? NECAA Royal Signal Road Relays at Hetton Lyons on Saturday 17th February. Each leg is 2.2 miles with only a couple of small hilly bits ??. 6 men & 4 ladies required for each team. Would be one where official Striders vests must be worn!! We had a few teams enter last year and it was good fun and not at all competitive ?. The deadline is approaching I need to know by Thursday 1st Feb at the very latest please. You must be England Athletics Affiliated to take part in this event! So far we have myself Helen Johnston Liz Simpson and Liz Jordan for the ladies Jason Pattison Michael Burke Tom Day Samuel Johnston Drew Smallwood and Mark Dickinson for the men. Anyone…
