January Session Plan
            With club sessions set to start again on Tuesday I have attached the full Training Plan for January below. ⬇️ As usual, each group has been assigned a letter from A to E. Coaches who are available will pick a session from the options that are in that category. The categories are as follows and can be seen in greater detail on the colourful image below: A - Long Repeats B - Short Repeats C - Interval Training D - Hills/Steps E - Other (such as Medley, Fartlek and Tempo) As you can see on the plan, we have two Social Run nights planned for this month.
