Tomorrow we will be having our final official club session of the year – a Christmas themed social run and tea night. ☕️🍪
The five routes will aim to pass the best Christmas Lights close by to the club. 🎄
Festive dress encouraged but not essential. 🎅
The five groups are as follows:
10k at roughly 8:45-9 minute miles
10k at roughly 9-9:30 minute miles
5 miles at roughly 10-11 minute miles
5 miles at 11-12 minute miles
5k at 13+ minute miles
