Speed Sessions and Festive Themed Runs 🎅🏻 ⛄️
I have attached the full Training Plan for December below. 👇🏻
As usual, each group has been assigned a letter from A to E. Coaches who are available will pick a session from the options that are in that category.
The categories are as follows and can be seen in greater detail on the colourful image below:
A – Long Repeats
B – Short Repeats
C – Interval Training
D – Hills/Steps
E – Other (such as Medley, Fartlek and Tempo)
As you can see on the plan, we have three nights consisting of the usual speed sessions, and three Christmas themed runs. All sessions in December will be from the clubhouse.
The Christmas Cracker Relays will take place on Thursday 12th. Prizes to be won 🎁🏃♀️
The Christmas Pub Run will take place on Tuesday 17th. 🍻🏃♂️🎅🏻
The final session of the year will take place on Thursday 19th where we will be having a social run and tea night – an opportunity to see the best local Christmas lights 🎄
