Here are tonight's sessions : (Sub 22) which will be lead by Paul are doing a fartlek session. (22-25) which will be lead by Sam are doing interval repeats in the park. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat and Steve are doing a tempo run. (Progression) which will be lead by Helen are doing a 15 minute run + circuits. As well as these sessions, Fiona is doing an all inclusive track session with repeats dependent on your 5km time, so it's suitable for all abilities, so if nothing above interests you but you still want to get a run in, this is a good session to join in with! ? Good morning all, As you're aware there are no sessions on from the club tonight . Instead if everyone can meet at ropner park bandstand for 6.20pm please. As well as the couch to parkrun group completing their programme tonight, there will be a few all inclusive sessions for other members to take part in. One will be lead by Cat and that will be a 4x1200m repeats session with recovery in between. The other will be a 5 x 5 minute stair interval session lead by Fiona. Once the sessions have finished if you're able to stay it would be nice of you to walk over to the finish line and cheer in the couch to parkrun runners?. No fees are required tonight! Thanks all ?

Important coaching announcement: Hi all, just a few things to update you on with regards to the coaching at stockton striders. Due to increased numbers and a wider variation of abilities it has been decided that the 33+ group will now become the 33-37 group. For those of our members who are over 37 minutes for a 5km, we will have a progression group which will follow a 6 week training programme designed to help you aim towards the 37 minute mark. The progression group will be coached by the majority of the coaches at the club and at the end of the 6 week programme, members will run a 5km. Thursday 10th August Training Sessions

Tonight's sessions: (Sub 22) which will be lead by Sam are doing an interval session. (22-25) which will be lead by Lucy are doing a 7.5 mile run at 8.30-9 minute mile pace, please be able to run at the pace for this distance if you join in, loopbacks will be used if people are running a little bit faster. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing 800 and 1600m repeats. (27-30 + 30-33) which will be lead by Fiona are doing a looped hills session pace no slower than 11 minute miles, loopbacks enforced if necessary. (33+) which will be lead by Helen are doing half mile and full mile repeats on the track, session can be adjusted to accommodate different paces. ?

Good morning all here are tonight's sessions: (Sub 22) which will be lead by Paul are doing mile repeats. (22-25) which will be lead by Caroline are doing a hills session. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing an off road hills session just off birkdale road. (33+) which will be lead by Ian are doing sprint repeats on the track. (The beginners will also be taking part in this session) The 27-30 + 30-33 groups are being lead by Fiona, the session is at Wynyard Woodland Park (Castle Eden Walkway). The postcode is TS21 3JG. No money is required for doing this session as it's not at the club and if you're going along could you please be outside the cafe for 6.30pm. Thank you! ?

For those of you doing Sedgefield parkrun tomorrow morning, please remember to wear club colours if you can as it's a league race, also make sure you take a spare parkrun barcode to put on display in your car when you park as they usually charge for parking but if you display a barcode on a Saturday morning you won't be charged ??
