Despite being extended to 8 rounds there’s still big points to be gained this week in the 5k mini league. Round 4 times by 8pm tomorrow (2nd) please. Thanks Andy J

For those not on FB 5k mini league update Hi all Due to the awful weather last weekend it has been suggested (thanks Beth) that we extend the 5k mini league by one week. Under the circumstances we are happy to do so. What this now means is that those taking part need to complete a minimum of 5 rounds from 8 instead of the original 7 to qualify for final league standings. Like before those that complete more than 5 rounds it will be your best 5 rounds points tally that will count. The league of 7 rounds was originally scheduled to finish on Thursday 23rd December at 8pm. Extending by one week will mean round 8 will now start on Christmas Day (Parkrun anyone?) and finish on Thursday…

For those not on FB Hi all For those unsure where the meeting point is for the official club medley sessions tonight at Tees Barrage. I will be near the main entrance to The Talpore from 620pm and will direct those to the meeting point that need it. From 630pm I will then be sat in The Talpore 😁! Please be mindful of the parking restrictions in and around The Talpore entrance as mentioned by Liz when the session link was posted. Andy J
