Release Reset & Retrain Workshop - amended date! As an alternative to our bright green over the head hoodies we have sourced some pale blue zip up ones - they will have Striders badge on front & Stockton Striders AC on back - price is £27.50 and they are available in men's & ladies fit - size small, medium & large. We will be ordering these on demand so please ask at club if interested. Just think gang no more messed up hair styles pulling the hoodie over your head ???

RELEASE, RESET, RETRAIN For Running Workshop Saturday 19 August 2017 Want to learn how to release and reset your body from its habitual posture, tension and stresses to optimise your running performance?? If the answer is yes – we can offer you the opportunity to attend an educational and interactive workshop designed to empower professional and amateur runners with the necessary tools to improve running technique and efficiency. The workshop is designed and delivered by Robert White, Consultant Physiotherapist, Pilates Teacher and Movement Therapist with extensive experience with professional and amateur sports people. Ok folks we've booked the date of our next social evening for Friday 8th September .... now just need ideas for the theme of the evening please - nothing that's too costly though! Please comment here ....

For those at tomorrow's triple r workshop the £30 payment needs to be by cash or cheque (remember them ??) Equipment will be provided but if you want some for home stock will be available to buy - items from £6!

For those of you doing Sedgefield parkrun tomorrow morning, please remember to wear club colours if you can as it's a league race, also make sure you take a spare parkrun barcode to put on display in your car when you park as they usually charge for parking but if you display a barcode on a Saturday morning you won't be charged ?? Good luck to those of you doing it!

Right gang the York bus has been booked - will depart club at 7:00am and return from York at 4:00pm .... we have booked a 55 seater and have 40 places taken so it currently works out at £9.50 per person - if you know of anyone else wanting a space (maybe spectators/support crew??) can you let me know asap please. I've paid a £50 deposit now to secure the booking but we need to pay the driver on the day so don't forget your pennies come race morning! if you can all bring an extra £1 towards a tip for the driver that would be much appreciated ?? The NYMAC Thomas Wall relays will take place on Thursday 31 August 2017 @ Stewart's Park.
