Tomorrowโ€™s 5 Mile Time Trial is now open for booking via GymCatch.๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป https://gymcatch.com/app/provider/5233/events Iโ€™ve attached images of the route with directional arrows below. This is taking place at Tees Barrage and is the same route we have used at previous time trials. The start and finish will be at the Infinity Bridge. The course will be marshalled but the more familiar you are with the route beforehand the better. Hi everyone, as youโ€™ll all be aware, the darker nights are drawing in, and with that in mind, Iโ€™d like to share an important reminder. I understand that occasionally, a member may sign up for a session but find themselves unable to continue due to injury or feeling unwell. If this happens, your coach will contact the door duty team, and someone will come to collect you. While I appreciate that some people have been walking or jogging back on their own, I want to emphasise that this is no longer an option. We have people on door duty for a reason, and for everyoneโ€™s safety, we cannot allow members to walk back alone in the dark. Coaches who are available will pick a session from the options that are in that category.
