Thursday 4 July training sessions
Morning Striders, here are tonight's sessions: Sub 22, led by Sam are doing Recovery Run (Night after Pitstop 5/10km). 22-25, led by Liz are doing steps. 25-27, led by Cat are doing Indian file. 27-30, led by Zoe are doing decreasing intervals 90 secs x 2 60 secs x 4 30 secs x 4 15 secs x 4 with equal recovery. 5 min recovery. Repeat with half reps. 30-33, led by Gavin are doing Tempo run 3-4miles. 33+, led by Tom are doing speed hills. The door will be covered by Gail R and Andy J. Happy running 🏃♀️🏃♂️
