Morning Striders, here are tonight's sessions: Sub 22, led by Sam are doing Recovery Run (Night after Pitstop 5/10km). 22-25, led by Liz are doing steps.     25-27, led by Cat are doing Indian file. 27-30, led by Zoe are doing decreasing intervals 90 secs x 2 60 secs x 4 30 secs x 4 15 secs x 4 with equal recovery. 5 min recovery. Repeat with half reps. 30-33, led by Gavin are doing Tempo run 3-4miles.     33+, led by Tom are doing speed hills. The door will be covered by Gail R and Andy J. Happy running 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Morning Striders, here are tonight's sessions: Sub 22, led by Tom are doing a pyramid session.     22-25, led by Lucy are doing mile repeats.     25-27, led by Cat are doing an easy social run. 27-30, led by Angela are doing 10k Interval run - 2 mile warm up followed by 2 x 10 mins @10k pace 3 mins easy in between, 2 mile cool down. 30-33, led by Claire B are doing long hills. 33+, led by Suzanne are doing W/U, 3x1 mile repeats at 5k pace, C/D. Morning Striders, Here are tonight's sessions: Sub 22, led by Sam are doing a stair Session. 22-25, led by Liz are doing 2 mins fast 2 mins recovery x 10. 25-27, led by Cat are doing 6 x 800m intervals (90 sec rest intervals). 27-30, led by Gavin are doing Hills 6 x 4 with 30s recovery . 30-33, led by Zoe are doing Fartlek: 10 mins warm up, 20 mins random short bursts on whistle. 10 mins cool down.. 33+, led by Dave E are doing a social run. Morning Striders,  Tonight is our all-inclusive sand dunes and beach run at Seaton. 🏖 Meet 6:30pm in the carpark at the end of the seafront (where the pin is in the attached map). Following the session we’ll be going for 🐟&🍟. Everyone is welcome to join us. £1’s still apply for this session.  There’s also an all-inclusive meet and retreat session plus an all-inclusive hills session at the club.
