Hi some of you will be aware our very own multi talented Ben Robinson has penned a running related song & this is being recorded on July 23rd at the Georgian Studios in Stockton. Once recorded the record will be available to purchase & download with proceeds raised going to charity - Debbie’s GNR Dollies fundraising for the trinity holistic centre. Hi everyone. Posting on behalf of Simon… Those of us who ran The Grange parkrun on Saturday gone and posted their run to Strava, if you added any photos of the prison either in the foreground or background, would you mind removing them please. Pictures of the main prison buildings/prison gates/internal prison grounds etc are not permitted and use of them could jeopardise Striders being invited to attend any future events. This Saturday sees our next canine parkrun mini league run before we break for the summer. Hamsterley Forest is the destination & so far the forecast is cooler on Saturday then the predicted heatwave temps of today and tomorrow. If people can car share please - I know Michelle Ince has spaces so maybe if we can comment below and sort the car sharing out that way ? For those not car-sharing/volunteering please be aware there is a charge for car parking! Obligatory coffee & cake and doggie treats afterwards of course 😊😊
