Good morning all here are tonight’s sessions: (Sub 22) which will be lead by Sam are doing a 8,6,4,6 stairs session. (22-25) which will be lead by Lucy are doing 5 minute medleys. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing 1 minute intervals with negative splits. (27-30) which will be lead by Angela are doing a tempo run, 1.5 mile easy, 2.5 mile tempo, 1.5 mile easy. (25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing 2 lots of 5 x 400m with recovery in between. (27-30) which will be lead by Neil are doing 1.5 mile easy, 2 mile tempo, 1.5 mile easy. Sport Relief 22nd March

This coming Thursday (22nd March) we will be doing our annual ‘naked run’ for sport relief. For those of you that haven’t done this before it’s where you run a particular course without a phone/watch to record your time. Before running you will write down a predicted time as to what you think you’ll run the course in, and then once everyone has finished, whoever is closest to their predicted time wins.. simple as that! The course will be revealed on the night, and all £1.50’s will be donated to sport relief. We will also have free tea and coffee after the event, any cake and biscuit donations will be welcome as always!
