Well done to our canines at a rather soggy Stewart’s parkrun. Alfred & Nick Martin ruled supreme for the 2nd run in a row, followed by Alan in 2nd place with guest handler Liz Simpson, 3rd was Buddy who had plenty of running in his legs despite Suzanne Brodie’s recent marathon exploits and bringing up the rear in 4th was Flo,  who was considerate to her mam having run 20 miles yesterday - on that basis she was happy to take the first (and only) female canine accolade. Apparently it only took 6 attempts to get the perfect obligatory post run photo 🤣🤣

Edit*** thanks to Craig N for stepping forward - we now have 2 teams for the ladies & gents 👍🏻 We now have enough ladies for 2 teams at the Neptune Relays but still need another male to make up our 2nd men’s team … any takers? It’s next Wednesday 26th April, at Hardwick country park … each lap is 1.7 miles 😊💚💙

Neptune Relays Wednesday 26 April - Hardwick Country Park 6:45pm Each team needs 4 runners running a 1.7 mile lap each Names so far are above  if you want to join in please comment below … club pays entry fee 👍🏻😊 however we encourage car sharing and please note club don’t pay car parking costs !  

I’m processing EA affiliation applications tonight - if you haven’t yet done yours and are wanting to it would be much appreciated if you do it today. Wow well that was a tad busy, muddy & fun! Well done to everyone running the 1st Wynyard Walkway parkrun. All I can say is roll on the summer & dry paths 🤣🤣 … as for Flo she did not like those puddles one bit!! It was just too busy to round everyone up but here’s a picture a few of us at the start.
