Couple of social runs on Sunday for you to choose from if you’re interested.
Both will be at the Tees Barrage and are starting at 9am at the Tees Barrage 10km start point along the navigation way.
One of the social runs will be at around 10.30-11.30 min mile pace and the other one will be between 8.40-9 minute mile pace.
Distance will be anywhere between 10k-half marathon.
