23/10/25 – Club Sessions now open for booking

Tomorrow we will have three groups all doing their own time based interval session. Time based intervals work well with groups that may have variation in pace/ability, faster runners will just run further each rep but everyone will work for the same amount of time. 💪🏻

Members have up until 17:30 tomorrow to book onto a session. Bookings cannot be made after this time. Please ensure you have signed up and received a confirmation email before joining your group. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
