March already?! 🤯

Here is the session plan for this month. 🗓️

Each group has been assigned a letter from A to F every Tuesday and Thursday. Coaches who are available will pick a session from the options that are in that category.

The categories are as follows and can be seen in greater detail on the colourful image below:

A – Long Repeats
B – Short Repeats
C – Interval Training
D – Hills/Steps
E – Other (such as Medley, Fartlek and Tempo)
F – Social Runs

As you can see on the plan, we have a Social Run and tea/biscuit night on Tuesday 5th March, perfect opportunity for an easy run after this Sundays Boro half. ☕️🍪

On Thursday 21st March we will be having a Naked Run at Tees Barrage. Don’t worry, we’ll definitely be keeping our kit on 😅. For those you haven’t done a naked run before this is where we reveal a route on the night (somewhere between 3 and 4 miles) and those taking part will predict how long it will take them to run it. No watches are allowed and whoever is the closest to their predicted time will win a prize. The run is as hard or as easy as you like. If you want to push yourself just put a faster time down, if you want an easy/social paced run just put down a slower time. More details will be posted closer to the date. 👍🏻
