Run the course as you wish; the main point is to hang around afterward for a drink, cake or breakfast & have a natter. There’s a cafe nearby called the Coastline Ciccarelli which we aim to use. We have spot prizes too! We encourage you to wear Striders colours but this isn’t a requirement to join in. Have a think about car sharing; comment below if you are happy to drive or if you want to go but a lift will be needed. Merchandise Update Some of you maybe aware that our blue half zip tops provided by Sprinters has been difficult to get hold of. Unfortunately the supplier has discontinued making them 😔 However, fear not! We have managed to source a slightly different top but same colours. These are now available to order via Sprinters website. So if you were looking to purchase, now’s the time!!

We have spot prizes too! We encourage you to wear Striders colours but this isn’t a requirement to join in. Have a think about car sharing; comment below if you are happy to drive or if you want to go but a lift will be needed. This will be your responsibility to arrange. The SSAC Saturday parkrun socials are here.. thank you to the members who came forward with ideas of which parkruns and cafes to use. As unanimously agreed to at the AGM we now have a social Saturday Parkrun calender for you to use as an invite to join other Striders at parkrun; stop afterward for food or just a drink, meet fellow Striders you don’t yet know. No league, no points. Just turn up, run then treat yourself to food, drink and good company. You can run the parkrun at your own pace or run slower for a chat, if you need to head off afterward that’s okay. I have tried to accommodate our dogs; the gaps mean I don’t know if they are allowed or not. December is missing…
