For those not on FB Hi all Striders Social Night Due to reasons beyond our control our last social night was back in January 2020. The good news is that social nights are back on the agenda. We are planning a pizza and general knowledge quiz night on Friday 1st October in the clubhouse start time 7pm. Tickets will cost £5 (to cover pizza costs). Friends and family are welcome to attend too. Quiz nights have proved popular in the past. They are a great opportunity for us all to have a natter, have a few drinks and showcase our general knowledge skills….or otherwise 😀. For those not on FB Hi all All groups warm up at half six tonight on the grassed area in front of the college before sessions start. Please note the England footy match will be on in the clubhouse tonight (kick off 745) so it may be busy for those planning post run refreshments. Thanks Andy J

To hopefully meet the current demand we’ve modified track session duration to one hour slots to now facilitate two sessions on track nights. Tue 31st August - 2 x official all inclusive group track sessions - 6pm-7pm, 7pm-8pm. Max 22 people on each session. Thur 2nd September  - F2F official club all groups sessions - two groups will utilise the track. All sessions start at 630pm. Message from Chloe Turner for those not on FB Sunday Social/GNR Training Run - 10 miles from the club, starting at 9am (run/walk - 8/2). Roughly 11 to 12 minute miles. Anyone welcome to join me 😊
