Hallo Striders! If anyone fancies taking part in the #runformatt I’m planning on doing the extra 0.5/0.6 miles before Tees Barrage parkrun - meeting at 8:50am near bridge (opposite first timers briefing point) will be a social pace & doing required distance as a loop of white water course ... if you’d like to join in just be there oh & of course it’s done at your own risk etc etc.

Hi all heres the teams for Wednesday's Neptune Relays. Please don't ask to swap teams/legs! We've had a couple of people withdraw so as it stands we have 3 mens teams and 4 ladies teams. If we can meet at 6:15pm at the latest - meeting at the visitors centre and you will be given your number - please bring safety pins just in case!! The club will pay entry fees but you will need to bring car parking money & where possible car sharing is the best option. Up to now the weather looks OK but don't forget those extra layers - theres a lot of waiting around!!! Oh and club colours must be worn (either the electric green tops or the green& blue swirl vests are acceptable for…

If you are wanting to take part in this event (its a 1.8 mile lap of Hardwick Country Park on a lovely Spring evening) and you've not already commented can you let me know no later than Thursday 12 April please. Theres no need to be affiltated for this one but club colours mus be worn. We usually need to be all there by 6:15pm at the very latest to get everyone's number sorted etc. The cllub will pay the entry fees but its useful to car share as last year car parking fees did apply on the evening.
