Final information notice for GNR bus peeps. Bus leaves Stockton Town FC at 7:30am prompt so please be there ready to board @ 7:20am! Its £5 still to pay if you've paid the deposit or £10 if you've not paid said deposit. The bus will drop us near Newcastle Central Station area then will return to Teesside so you are not able to leave bags on there instead you must use the GNR baggage buses. GNR bus - final details! Bus will leave Stockton Town FC at 7:30am prompt so please be there by 7:20am! Any outstanding monies will need to be paid on the morning before being allowed on the bus ;-) It will drop us off in Newcastle city centre - a short walk from the start (think of it as your warm up!!) We'll arrange a return meeting point on the day and the bus will pick us up again at 5pm. Slight change of plan - the reccie of the Stewarts Park NYMAC relays is now going take place tomorrow (Tuesday) at 6:00pm (meeting at the captain Cook museum/parkrun start). As well as the 1 mile reccie & baton handover practice they’ll be an intervals session - 6x3 mins (3x3@ threshold & 3x3@10k pace) with 90 second recoveries .... session open to all .... please comment if coming along. Please note information has now been submitted to NYMAC organisers therefore we are unable to permit any changes to teams or running order within the teams themselves!
