Royal Signal Relay  31/08/19  Teams all entered ... we have 1 men’s team with Tom Day, Michael Burke, Phil Baines, Chris Furphy, Paul Johnson & Matty Clarkson and 1 ladies vet team with me, Liz Simpson, Sue Russell & Catherine Clennett. Ladies race is at 12pm & men’s is at 1:15pm but we need to be there by 11ish to register the teams so it’s been suggested (by me!) to do Herrington Country parkrun then have a leisurely breakfast somewhere before heading to Hetton Lyons Park and car share - is this ok gang?  Thanks Helen

A few of us are meeting at 8:10am at the start of tees barrage parkrun course tomorrow to do a nice steady 4-4.5 miles before doing the actual parkrun so 7.5 miles in total ...  anyone welcome to join us 🙂

Club League Update. Hi all - a quick update on the Club League. It is the next race on Sunday - Branches and Bays. Unfortunately there are no more entries but those who were lucky enough to get a spot good luck, and remember that if you want to play your Joker you need to email Paul Appleton before the day! Unfortunately, both races scheduled for September are now not on. Because of this we have decided to use the Darlington Park Run on Saturday September 21st instead, Sorry for the change of plan but we do need a September Race, A reminder also that you do need to complete 7 races and that you can find an updated league table on the website. we’ve been asked to share ... Anyone able to help at the Great Tees 10k? .... Help Needed - We are looking for course marshals on the day, if you could put a 'shout out' on your club facebook pages/contacts that would be great. All they need to do is simply email me to say they are available. They will receive a volunteer top and lunch on the day. Our rearranged run for Sunday ....meet at Ropner Park at 8am - thinking an out and back run to Long Newton (8 miles) then finishing at GRL at Ropner Park to (making it 11 ish miles) with the option of a cafe stop afterwards 👍🏻🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️😊🥤 thanks Helen
