Sunday long training run
Hey folks as part of my ultra training I need to do a marathon distance training run this Sunday so plan on breaking it down into 2 half marathon distance chunks. Some of my fellow running buddies are very kindly joining me for this at Wynyard walkway this Sunday (decided to stick with this venue). The plan is to meet at 7:50am in the car park to get sorted and to leave the platform at 8am to run up to the reservoir and back to the car park or however far needed to do the 13.1 miles.
