Tuesday 25 June training sessions
Morning Striders, here are tonight's sessions: Sub 22, led by Liz are doing fartlek. 22-25, led by Sam are doing steps. 25-27, led by Cat are doing 1 mile at short tempo pace, 1 mile easy, 2 miles at short tempo pace, 1 mile easy, 1 mile at short tempo pace. 27-30, led by Lucy are doing a progression run. 30-33, led by Suzanne are doing Run out, back faster x5. 33+, led by Anna are doing a sprint pyramid.
