👻 🎃 😈 Halloween naked run 💀🎃 **long post, important info** Can our marshals meet at the old parkrun start (The Anchor at the Barrage) for 6-6:15pm latest to be assigned your marshal point / volunteer role. Please use the GymCatch link below to book on. This event is free of charge 😄 Can all runners meet at the anchor 6:15pm onward for a 6:30pm start. The distance is 3.26 miles; your predicted finish time will be submitted in advance and you will run with no watch (that’s the naked bit for any first timers). Tony Gallilee did his 550th parkrun at Stewart on Saturday - impressive stuff Tony. Another milestone saw Helen Walker reach number 50 at Flatts Lane. Our one personal best of the day went to Fran Corvesor at Hartlepool. Stevie Cooper at Albert, Simon Russell at Wallaceneuk (Kelso) and Gareth Maloney at Sedgefield all got a 70%+ age-gradings. Emily Palmer at Sedgefield and Holly Taylor at Hamsterley Forest were both first ladies to finish. Striders too at Northallerton, Town Moor, Whitley Bay, Riverside, Darlington, Rushmoor and Isabel (Stafford). Paul J

17 Striders at Albert this week as Joanne Cooke celebrated her 50th parkrun. Caroline Horton got a 70%+ age-grading. Izzy Morgan was first lady to finish at Sedgefield and Michelle Ince was third at Redcar. Sue Russell pb'd at Cotsford Fields and Maxine Buckton was third lady to finish. Rob Parker recorded a new pb at Stewart. Finally, Simon Russell (70%+) was second finisher at The Grange. Striders too at Hull, Hartlepool, Prudhoe Riverside, Darlington, Newbiggin-by-the Sea, Flatts Lane, Pontypool and Hamsterley Forest. A few missed results from the last couple of weeks include Sarah Winter's 4.16.57 in The Amsterdam marathon, Tom Murphy's 1.26.37 in The Mizuno half marathon and Dan Meucci's 1.36.56 in The Pisa half marathon. It was a bumper weekend of running for the club - so without further ado we'll begin at Albert Park. Katie Ayton did her 150thparkrun, Glenn Cooper got an all-course pb, Simon Russell and Stevie Cooper reached 70%+ age-gradings and Emily Palmer was 2nd lady to finish. Fran Corvesor also did her 150th parkrun at Endcliffe. Mick Fawcett reached the 350-parkrun milestone at Sedgefield. Ian and Doreen Morris pb'd at Stewart as did Mike Cleasby at Skipton. There were tourism awards for Sandra Stabler and Jill Abel at Maxima (Utrecht) and Tom Murphy, Sam Johnston, Beth Dang, Charlotte Morgan and Gail Robinson for running at Amsterdamse Bos. Striders too at Hartlepool, Aviemore, Redcar, Darlington, Flatts Lane, Fountains Abbey, Rushmoor, New Earswick (York) and Jubilee. Sunday saw a sizeable Striders contingent…
