As part of his dissertation titled ‘Injury Audit of the most common lower limb injury for males age 30-50 through social recreational running’ George has asked if he can come along to the club with his questionnaire & for willing members meeting the study criteria to meet him & participate in the study. He will be at the club again on Tuesday 15January from 7:15pm onwards. It would be great if Striders are able to help & I imagine the study’s findings will be very interesting !!
