Tuesday 3 March training sessions
Morning Striders, here are tonight's sessions: Sub 22, led by Tom are doing 7 mile social run (8:30 min/mile pace). 22-25, led by Caroline are doing Mile repeats and sprints . 25-27, led by Cat are doing 4 x 1 mile repeats, 2 min recovery (improve on last mile repeat session). 27-30, led by Lucy are doing 10k. 30-33, led by Liz are doing a pyramid session. 33+, led by Anna are doing 10x30s sprint 2 min recovery. The door will be covered by Tristan K and Karen C. Happy running 🏃♀️🏃♂️
