Thursday 6 February training sessions
Morning Striders, here are tonight's sessions: Sub 22, led by Liz are doing an Intervals session. 22-25, led by Caroline are doing 400 m repeats. 25-27, led by Cat are doing 5 mile hilly session 0.5 mile hard, 0.5 mile easy. 27-30, led by Gavin are doing 1mile easy, 4x200m with jog recovery. 30-33, led by Claire B are doing 3 x 1k repeats with 90 secs recovery. 33+, led by Helen are doing Indian file. The door will be covered by Sarah W and Kay M. Happy running 🏃♀️🏃♂️
