Don’t forget – there are no club sessions taking place this Thursday as we will be taking part in the NYMAC relays.
The relays are set to start at 7pm, Stewart’s Park, Middlesbrough. Can I ask that if you are running to get there no later than 6.30pm. This will allow time for you to come and find me, get your number; and have a team photo before they start.
I would also advise car sharing where possible as it gets very busy there!
Please remember that official club colours must be worn. This is either the vest or the training top (we would encourage you to wear the vest if you have one!).
If you are no longer able to attend please let me know as soon as possible so it allows me time to find a replacement. We would like to avoid anyone pulling out on the day as it will not leave us with enough time to find a replacement.
Finally, if you are not taking part this year but are free, please do come down and support. It’s always nice to see a strong support contingent alongside our runners.
