Here are tonight’s sessions:
(Sub 22 + 22-25) which will be lead by Sam are doing 4 x 1 mile repeats in ropner park with recovery in between each one. Ideally each mile repeat should be ran no slower than 8.00 minutes.
(25-27) which will be lead by Cat are doing 60 second intervals on the track.
(27-30 + 30-33) which will be lead by Fiona + Angela are doing a circular session with changing paces.
(33+) which will be lead by Ian are doing a track session. Running on the straights, recovering on the bends.
