Here is the session plan for April 2025. 🗓️

As always, each group has been assigned a letter from A to E, or assigned the letter T if they are on the track. Coaches who are available will pick a session from the options that are in that category.

The categories are as follows and can be seen in greater detail on the colourful image below:

A – Long Repeats
B – Short Repeats
C – Interval Training
D – Hills/Steps
E – Other (such as Medley, Fartlek and Tempo)
T – Track Session

*Please note track sessions are subject to the weather. Unfortunately we cannot train on the track if it is too wet. Should this be the case, coaches will do their best to plan the same or similar session using the roads/paths/cycle paths surrounding the club.*

On Tuesday 8th of April we will be having a 5 Mile Time Trial Event at Tees Barrage. This will be the same flat and traffic free route we used for twice last year. More details will be posted closer to the date. ⏱️

As you can see on the plan, we have a Social Run and tea/biscuit night on Thursday 17th April. ☕️🍪. This session will be free of charge.

On Tuesday 29th of April we will having another social run night, this time taking place along Wynyard Walkway. This run will be 50 minutes and suitable for all abilities. Runners will run 25 minutes out, then 25 minutes back. Faster runners will just run further than others. Again, more details will be posted closer to the time.🌲
