As usual, each group has been assigned a letter from A to E. Coaches who are available will pick a session from the options that are in that category.
The categories are as follows and can be seen in greater detail on the colourful image below:
A – Long Repeats
B – Short Repeats
C – Interval Training
D – Hills/Steps
E – Other (such as Medley, Fartlek and Tempo)
As you can see on the plan, we have two Social Run nights planned for this month. These will be Tuesday 4th and Thursday 27th. The usual free tea and biscuits will be supplied afterwards ☕️🍪
*Please note some groups may have to merge together should we be be struggling for coaches or if groups have less than three members signed up*
