I have attached the full Training Plan for November below. ⬇️
As usual, each group has been assigned a letter from A to E. Coaches who are available will pick a session from the options that are in that category.
The categories are as follows and can be seen in greater detail on the colourful image below:
A – Long Repeats
B – Short Repeats
C – Interval Training
D – Hills/Steps
E – Other (such as Medley, Fartlek and Tempo)
As you can see on the plan, we have two Social Run nights planned for this month. These will be Thursday 7th and Tuesday 26th. The usual free tea and biscuits will be supplied afterwards ☕️🍪
Please remember there are no club sessions taking place on bonfire night.
*Please note some groups may have to merge together should we be be struggling for coaches*
