🎃👻 Tomorrow night we will be having our annual Halloween Naked Run. This will be held at Tees Barrage meaning there are no sessions on from the club tomorrow❗️
For those of you that haven’t done a Naked Run before, this is where you run a particular course without a phone or watch to track your pace and record your time. Runners will submit a predicted time prior to the run and once everyone has finished, the runner who finishes closest to their predicted time will be awarded a prize. You can run as fast or as slow as you like, just ensure your clothes remain on at all times 😅.
As it’s a Halloween run we will also have prizes for the best/scariest dressed runner. 🧛🏻♂️🧟👻
Spot prizes will also be given out to five runners on the night 🍫🎉.
The route will be detailed 5 minutes before the start. We will have marshals on the route so no one gets lost. All we can reveal now is that the route is 3.25 miles. If you want to start submitting your times; please comment below, this will save time on the evening. ⬇️
At the moment we have ten people who have kindly volunteering as timekeepers and marshals. If anyone else would like to help out please let me know. 🙂🙌🏻

Members have up until 18:00 tomorrow to book onto the run. Bookings can not be made after this time. Please ensure you have signed up and received a confirmation email.
Can our marshals meet at the old parkrun start (The Anchor at the Barrage – displayed on the image in the comments) for 18:00-18:15 latest to be assigned your marshal point.
Can runners please meet at the anchor from 18:15 for a 18:30 start.
Parking – I would advise everyone to use the serpentine car park (the curly wurly car park) as it is no longer free to use the Talpore car park.
