I am re-sharing this from earlier in the year as I know a few people have asked recently, and we have had new members join since then. Please note that this message is also in the ‘featured’ section within the Facebook group.
As you will know, we use gymcatch to inform you of the sessions, and this is what you use to book on to them. With that in mind, we get a lot of questions from members about how to cancel their booking or sometimes members forget to cancel. Cancelling is really important if you can no longer make it as sometimes there is a waiting list of people wanting to join the session. In addition to this, it’s a requirement that the coach knows exactly who is in their group, and it prevents the rest of the group waiting outside before starting their session.
If you are unsure on how to cancel your booking, please see below:
1. Log in to Gymcatch – this can be done via Facebook or you can create an account on the app with your email.
2. When following the link posted in the members only group/website – you will see the list of sessions.
3. If you are booked on and can no longer attend, click ‘details’ and then click ‘manage bookings’ where you will be able to see the option for cancellation.
