As usual, each group has been assigned a letter from A to E. Coaches who are available will pick a session from the options that are in that category.
The categories are as follows and can be seen in greater detail on the colourful image below:
A – Long Repeats
B – Short Repeats
C – Interval Training
D – Hills/Steps
E – Other (such as Medley, Fartlek and Tempo)
As you can see on the plan, we have a Social Run and tea/biscuit night on Tuesday 15th October. βοΈπͺ
Tuesday the 29th will be the night of this yearβs Halloween Naked Run taking place at Tees Barrage. More details about this will be posted closer to the time π π»
