I have attached the full Training Plan for July below.
As usual, each group has been assigned a letter from A to F, or assigned the letter T for track. Coaches who are available will pick a session from the options that are in that category.
The categories are as follows and can be seen in greater detail on the colourful image below:
A – Long Repeats
B – Short Repeats
C – Interval Training
D – Hills/Steps
E – Other (such as Medley, Fartlek and Tempo)
F – Social Runs
T – Track Session
As you can see on the plan, we have a Social Run and tea/biscuit night on Tuesday 16th July. ☕️🍪
*Please note some groups may have to merge together should we be be struggling for coaches*
