Another great XC yesterday with 9 ladies and 9 men competing for striders. Several had already competed at the Gavin Duffy memorial race earlier so arrived already covered in mud!! The course although flat was beautifully muddy in places with a couple of little streams to jump over to add to the interest. The ladies team finished in 6th place and the men in 8th place and Kay Stokes was 1st in her age group so excellent running all round.
