Virtual sessions
Hey Striders, Sorry for the long post. This week’s virtual sessions are below. Remember to follow a warm up and cool down before and after each session. A cool down video will follow but for now do the cool down we do at the club including, calf stretch, hamstring stretch, quad stretch, inside thigh stretch and arms stretch. Please let us know below if you intend to do either of these sessions. Remember these are unofficial and should be completed within the current social distancing guidance. Any questions just ask.
